Pediatric neurologist Elizabeth Engle, M.D., center, talks with Vanderbilt’s Christopher Williams, M.D., Ph.D., and Jennifer Pietenpol, Ph.D., after her recent Flexner Discovery Lecture. Engle is professor of Neurology and Ophthalmology at Harvard Medical School and an investigator of the Howard Hughes Medical Institute. She spoke on cranial nerve development in health and disease.
