De-stress with Yoga on the Lawn Oct. 13

Join Lori Cowan, Vanderbilt Recreation and Wellness Center group fitness coordinator, for a 45-minute outdoor yoga class that will rejuvenate and de-stress you while providing the opportunity to enjoy the cooler fall temperatures in Tennessee. Class equipment will be provided.

The class is scheduled from noon to 12:45 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 13, on the grassy area between Light Hall and the Veterans Affairs Hospital.

Cowan is yoga certified and has more than 20 years of teaching and management in the group fitness industry. She is sure to inspire you with her passion for group exercise. Wear comfortable clothing, and come for part or all of the class.
