To reflect the changing employee communication needs of Vanderbilt University and Vanderbilt University Medical Center, effective June 30, MyVU will be sent to all faculty and to university staff only. All individuals currently receiving MyVUMC will continue to do so.
“We are making this change now to ensure clear communication to both VU and VUMC staff from their employers,” Beth Fortune, vice chancellor for public affairs, said. “While our distribution is changing, we will continue to collaborate very closely with our colleagues in VUMC News and Communications, and will continue to showcase stories of interest and the top achievements of both organizations in both MyVU and MyVUMC.”
The MyVU website will continue to be publicly available and open to all. Any VUMC employee who would like to continue to receive the MyVU e-newsletters may email myvu@vanderbilt.edu to be added to the list.
