Vanderbilt education faculty featured at AERA annual meeting

The latest research on key education issues will be presented by faculty from Vanderbilt University’s Peabody College of education and human development at the American Educational Research Association’s annual meeting.

The conference takes place in Washington, D.C., April 8–12, 2016. This year’s theme is “Public Scholarship to Educate Diverse Democracies.” Jill Biden, Second Lady of the United States, lifelong educator, and military mom will deliver the keynote address.

Douglas Fuchs and Lynn Fuchs, Nicholas Hobbs Professors of Special Education and Human Development, will present the AERA Distinguished Contributions to Research in Education Award Address on Sunday, April 10, at 2:45 p.m.
