Information about the TIPS (Trans Institutional Programs Award) Program:

In 2014, Chancellor Nicholas S. Zeppos launched the $50 million Trans-Institution Program (TIPS) Initiative in hopes of enhancing cross-disciplinary research and collaboration, which is a pillar of the university’s Academic Strategic Plan. The Vanderbilt Institute for Obesity Metabolism (VIOM) as well as the Office of Professional and Graduate Education (POPGE) have been lucky to benefit from this prestigious grant, and want to invite you to get involved.
