Weight Watchers at Work sessions begin Wednesday, Jan. 6, at 12:30 p.m. in Doctor’s Office Tower conference room no. 7139. The group will meet here every Wednesday. Weigh-ins are from noon to 12:30 p.m., and the meetings are from 12:30 to 1 p.m.
