Vanderbilt IT has released its second annual Faculty and Staff Satisfaction Survey. This online survey is confidential, should take about five minutes to complete, and contains fewer than 20 questions. Results will be used to further improve VUIT service and support. The deadline to complete the survey is Jan. 28, 2016. Upon completion of the survey, participants will have the option to enter a drawing to win one of three $100 Amazon gift cards.
Upon receiving feedback from the inaugural faculty and staff survey in 2015, VUIT created a customer service mentality training for all IT team members to enhance service levels, introduced the “Did You Know?” campaign to communicate key offerings more effectively to customers, and upgraded technologies in classrooms.
