Vanderbilt is positioning itself for the future and needs experienced diagnostic laboratory professionals. The Diagnostic Referral Bonus Program was created to meet this need.
Vanderbilt will pay $1,500 to an employee who successfully refers a full-time diagnostic laboratory professional for any of the positions listed below—now through June 30.
- Cytogenetic Technologist
- Histotechnician
- Histotechnologist
- Medical Laboratory Scientist
- Medical Lab Technician
- Pathology Technician
The referral bonus will be paid in two installments:
- $750 after the diagnostic lab professional has been employed 90 days; and
- $750 after the diagnostic lab professional has worked at Vanderbilt for one year.
Vanderbilt employees who want to refer a diagnostic lab professional should follow these steps:
- Refer the diagnostic lab professional to the Work at Vanderbilt website to complete an online application.
- Ask the diagnostic lab professional to include your name, as it is listed in PeopleFinder, as the referral source when completing the initial application/profile.
