Credit Union annual meeting rescheduled for March 12

Join the Vanderbilt Credit Union board of directors and staff at their annual membership meeting to learn more about the past year and what the Credit Union has planned for 2015 and beyond.

The meeting, an open house, has been rescheduled for Thursday, March 12, from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Oxford House, Room 107. (The open house was originally scheduled for March 5 but was postponed due to inclement weather.)

Refreshments and door prizes will be available, including cash prizes. The grand prize drawing is a $500 Southwest Airlines gift card.

The Credit Union is seeking to fill three vacancies on its board of directors. In a credit union, all directors are volunteers who are democratically elected by a vote of the membership. Credit Union members are encouraged to participate in this important function.

A committee appointed by the current board of directors is seeking nominations to fill the vacancies. To make a nomination, please contact Michael Bittle at (615) 936-0300 to complete an application. Nominee applications are due to the Credit Union office by 3:30 p.m. Friday, Feb. 27.
