Vanderbilt IT has created a Faculty and Staff Satisfaction Survey to hear from its customers about their needs. The online survey is confidential, should take about five minutes to complete, and contains fewer than 20 questions. Results will be used to further improve VUIT service and support. The deadline to turn in a survey is Jan. 31, 2015.
VUIT encompasses all information technology at the university and Medical Center with the exception of clinical applications and IT funded by sponsored research. The division includes employees who previously reported to various former IT organizations, including Enterprise Application Infrastructure, portions of Informatics, Information Technology Services, Management Information Systems, Network Computing Services and local support providers in many of the colleges and schools. Staff members provide service and support to all users on campus and at the Medical Center.
