Learn about Open Enrollment, ask questions during live webinars


New for Open Enrollment this year, HR experts will host live webinars providing an overview of your Open Enrollment options as well as the opportunity to ask questions. Three webinars have been scheduled:

  • Oct. 16, 9–10 a.m.
  • Oct. 24, noon–1 p.m.
  • Oct. 27, 4–5 p.m.

Click here to register for a webinar session. The sessions will include an online presentation and audio. You can listen through your computer’s speakers or call in by phone to a conference line. Questions can be submitted in the “Questions” box that will appear on screen. Simply type in your question, and it will be added to the presenter’s list.

Vanderbilt’s Open Enrollment webinars will be hosted online using GoToWebinar. If this is your first time using GoToMeeting, GoToWebinar or GoToTraining, you may be prompted to install or run GoToWebinar Launcher when joining the webinar. If you want to participate using a tablet or phone, you may wish to download the GoToWebinar app from Citrix in the Apple App Store, or the GoToMeeting app from Citrix in the Android Play Store.

Open Enrollment begins at 8 a.m. on Oct. 15 and ends at 11:59 p.m. on Oct. 31. Selections are effective Jan. 1–Dec. 31, 2015, unless you have a qualifying event such as marriage, divorce or the birth of a child.
