Elevate town hall presentations debut Sept. 30

Beginning Tuesday, Sept. 30, members of Vanderbilt University Medical Center’s leadership team will hold a series of town hall presentations that all faculty and staff are encouraged to attend. The town halls are a component of the renewed focus on Elevate, a Medical Center cultural touchstone.

Beginning Tuesday, Sept. 30, members of Vanderbilt University Medical Center’s leadership team will hold a series of town hall presentations that all faculty and staff are encouraged to attend. The town halls are a component of the renewed focus on Elevate, a Medical Center cultural touchstone.

The 45-minute presentations will include important updates on the Medical Center’s progress and goals. Each presentation will close with a question and answer session.

Locations for the town hall presentations will include Light Hall, Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt, Crystal Terrace, Green Hills, Vanderbilt Health One Hundred Oaks, Vanderbilt Psychiatric Hospital and Vanderbilt Health Williamson County. Further details on presentation times and specific locations for the town halls will be announced soon through MyVUMC and the VUMC Reporter.

Through Elevate, the Medical Center is working to implement greater alignment of the Pillar goals to achieve improved service, quality, safety, innovation and financial performance through increased employee engagement and workplace satisfaction.
