The Commodore football team invites all faculty, staff and their families to watch a practice on Aug. 19 and enjoy a free hotdog or hamburger hot off the grill while doing so.
The event is scheduled from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 19, at the John Rich Practice Field adjacent to Natchez Trace, between Jess Neely Drive and Children’s Way. Faculty and staff may enter the field through the large gate on Natchez Trace.
Coach Derek Mason and the team are excited about the upcoming football season and are hard at work preparing for the season opener against Temple on Aug. 28.
Staff and faculty are free to drop by anytime between 3:30-5:30 p.m. Aug. 19 to enjoy the practice, get free food and pick up this year’s team poster, schedule cards and other items.
