Michael Botticelli, right, acting director of the White House Office of National Drug Control Policy, spent Monday afternoon at the Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt, touring the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit led by Stephen Patrick, M.D., MPH, MS, assistant professor of Pediatrics.
