The panel will feature Vanderbilt students, and George C. Hill, professor of pathology, microbiology and immunology and professor of medical education and administration, emeritus, will present the responses of national leaders when they were asked to share thoughts on this question.
Two copies of Mandela’s autobiography, Long Walk to Freedom, will be given to two attendees. Lunch will be provided to the first 50 individuals present.
The event is sponsored by the Vanderbilt Student National Medical Association, the Meharry-Vanderbilt Student Alliance and Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
