The Vanderbilt Center for Technology Transfer and Commercialization’s New Ventures Team, in partnership with LaunchTennessee, will host an SBIR/STTR workshop on Tuesday, April 15, from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Sarratt Student Center, rooms 216-220.
The purpose of the event is to create awareness among faculty and students of the funding available from various federal agencies for small business innovation research (SBIR) and small business technology transfer programs (STTR) and to discuss key issues with attracting such grants.
The event is open to all faculty, staff and students as well as external business partners looking to engage and collaborate with researchers at academic institutions who have technologies applicable and appropriate for SBIR and/or STTR funding opportunities.
