Make a commitment to better health this year by enrolling in Vanderbilt University School of Nursing professor Jamie Pope’s Nutrition, Health and Lifestyle: Issues and Insights course offered through Coursera, a free, online format.
More than 85,000 people from around the world took the course during its inaugural offering in May 2013. Pope has expanded the class to seven weeks, covering topics such as dietary patterns, nutritional labeling, dietary supplements and fitness—all in-depth and backed by science.
The class starts Jan. 20.
