Vanderbilt’s Faculty and Staff Health and Wellness has created a “Resilience Toolkit” to help employees “spring back” from life’s challenges and unexpected stressful events.
The kit is an online collection of articles, wellcasts videos and other resources.
The Resilience Toolkit focuses on three primary areas associated with better resilience: attitude, skill set and lifestyle.
The kit also includes information on how to receive support services through Work/Life Connections – EAP.
