Harriett Boglin of Work Life Connections–EAP also spoke to the council about Partnering with Parents, which provides financial assistance to qualifying Vanderbilt families during the holidays. To make a donation or for more information, contact harriett.l.boglin@vanderbilt.edu or call 936-3461.

You may also donate to Partnering with Parents by stopping by the USAC table during Vanderbilt’s annual Holiday Gift Giveaway, also known as the Turkey Toss, on Friday, Dec. 13, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. at Langford Auditorium. The staff council also will be selling Kroger Cards for $5 each. Kroger Cards may be pre-loaded with money for use when purchasing groceries or gas at local Kroger stores, with 4 percent of your total purchase benefiting the Vanderbilt Hardship Fund. Those who purchase a Kroger Card at the Turkey Toss will be entered in a drawing for a pair of tickets to an upcoming men’s or women’s Vanderbilt basketball game.
