Open Enrollment is your once-a-year opportunity to sign up for or waive the following benefits:
- Health, dental and vision
- Short-term disability
- Accidental death & dismemberment
- Flexible spending accounts
The benefits you choose are effective Jan. 1—Dec. 31, 2014, and cannot be changed unless you have a qualifying life event, such as getting married.
All benefits-eligible employees should enroll. Even if you’re keeping your same benefits, you should enroll. Open Enrollment begins at 8 a.m. on Oct. 16 and ends at 11:59 p.m. on Oct. 31.
