An impressive collection of political insiders will dissect the 2012 presidential election campaign Sept. 24 at a public event at the First Amendment Center at Vanderbilt University.
Participating in the discussion will be:
- Dan Balz, author of Collision 2012: Obama vs. Romney and the Future of Elections in America
- David Lauter of the Los Angeles Times
- First Amendment Center Founder John Seigenthaler
- Lynn Vavreck and John Sides, authors of The Gamble: The Hand You’re Dealt
The event will begin 4:30 p.m. with a book sale and signing in the lecture hall and rotunda at the First Amendment Center, 1207 18th Ave. S. The discussion follows at 5:30 p.m. and reception/book signing at 6:30 p.m. The event is free and open to the public.
