Vanderbilt Peabody College of education and human development was named the top graduate school of education in the country for the fifth consecutive year by U.S. News & World Report. Peabody bested programs at Johns Hopkins and Harvard for the top spot, in addition to having its programs in administration/ supervision and special education named No. 1 by education school deans. For the fourth straight year, Vanderbilt University held steady to the No. 17 spot on U.S. News’ list of the best national universities. Vanderbilt also earned nods for “great schools at great prices,” undergraduate research and economic diversity.
