Highland Avenue from 25th Avenue South to the Highland Garage entrance will be closed from noon to 3:30 p.m. Monday, Feb. 4, for the removal of a dead tree on Olin Lawn.
The tree was damaged during an overnight storm Jan. 30, revealing extensive decay by carpenter ants.
