Ann Minnick, Ph.D., R.N., left, and Linda Norman, DSN, R.N., recently presented Richard Benoit with the 2012 Vanderbilt University School of Nursing Dean’s Award for Ph.D. Student Excellence in Writing. The award was established to recognize Ph.D. students who demonstrate excellence in writing in an accepted, peer-reviewed publication. The VUSN Ph.D. in Nursing Science Program prepares scholars for research and academic careers in public or private sectors of health care.
