The institution with the most fans registered will not only earn bragging rights, but also win the College Colors Day Spirit Cup – and $10,000 for its general scholarship fund.

This year, Vanderbilt will observe College Colors Day, a national celebration of the traditions and spirit of intercollegiate athletics, in tandem with its opening football game at Vanderbilt Stadium. All Commodore fans are encouraged to wear black on Thursday, Aug. 30, when Vanderbilt will kick off SEC football with its nationally televised game against South Carolina on ESPN.
