Eskind Diabetes Clinic debuts new location in Franklin

The Vanderbilt Eskind Diabetes Clinic has opened its first satellite location at Edward Curd Lane in Franklin, Tenn.

Open five days a week from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., the clinic will offer comprehensive care for diabetes and endocrine issues. Services include thyroid ultrasound and biopsy, with testing completed on location.

The clinic will be staffed by Ioannis Papagiannis, M.D., assistant professor of Medicine, and nurse practitioner Blake Salmony, MSN. There is also a diabetes educator and dietitian available.
