Perl Catering is the invention of husband-and-wife team Robert and Elizabeth Spinelli, who create delicious gourmet catered meals and box lunches using locally grown, organic, restaurant-quality food.
During the month of May, Perl is offering a Vanderbilt-only special on any size boxed lunch order. For only $8, get boxed lunches containing sandwiches, chips and fresh baked cookies.
All of Perl’s bread is baked daily using natural ingredients and no preservatives. Cookies are also made daily with local dairy products. The box lunch menu includes, among others, turkey and brie, heirloom tomato BLT, and a vegetarian sandwich, made with Noble Springs goat cheese, sprouts and provolone.
There is never a delivery charge and no minimum purchase.
