Health Plus announces new group fitness options

Health Plus has announced its group fitness schedule for the first quarter of 2012, and it features lots of new classes, including:

  • Group Fitness 101
  • Kettlebell Chaos for intermediate/advanced exercisers
  • Midday Tai Chi (at the Vanderbilt Orthopaedic Institute)
