Help Vanderbilt fight heart disease and stroke by becoming a team captain for the 2011 Nashville Heart Walk.
The university has set a goal to raise $350,000 this year. Last year, Vanderbilt raised more than $326,000 for the American Heart Association and was among the top three organizations in the country.
As a team captain, you agree to recruit a team of 15 individuals internally or externally and set a goal for your team to raise $1,000. Our goal is to have 200 team captains registered by June 30.
The Nashville Heart Walk is 8 a.m. to noon Oct. 1.
