Work/Life Connections/EAP is offering a class on the differences in communication styles 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. April 5 in Room 029 of the Medical Arts Building.
Taught by Jim Kendall, the class will explore how differences in communication styles may cause stress, discomfort, conflict, and frustration but also be a source of creativity and productivity. Increased understanding can reduce the stress created by this diversity and enhance the possibilities of its creative use within the workplace.
