David Weinberger, a noted expert on the increasing impact of technology on business and society, spoke at Vanderbilt University Dec. 6, 2010.
Weinberger is the author of The Cluetrain Manifesto and Everything Is Miscellaneous: The Power of the New Digital Disorder. Weinberger is also an NPR commentator, technology columnist, weblogging pioneer and dot com entrepreneur. The former philosophy professor serves as co-director of Harvard University’s Innovation lab and is a senior researcher at the Berkman Center for Internet & Society.
During his talk, Weinberger discusses how knowledge has changed in the networked age. This event is part of the library lecture series.
