Ken Feinberg, special master for executive pay for the government’s Troubled Asset Relief Program, will deliver the keynote speech for a daylong executive pay conference Feb. 26 at the Vanderbilt Law School. The lecture, scheduled for noon in Flynn Auditorium, is free and open to the public.
