A workshop on transformational leadership will be held Jan. 16 at Vanderbilt University.

Cost of the workshop is $50, or $25 for Vanderbilt faculty and staff. Vanderbilt students may attend free of charge.
The workshop, sponsored by the Cal Turner Program for Moral Leadership in the Professions, is based on research at Harvard University on change leadership. The research indicates that leaders must embody and model the changes they advocate.
The workshop instructor will be Steve Olson, director of The Center for Ethics and Corporate Responsibility at the J. Mack Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University. The reading for the class is The Real Reason People Won’t Change by Robert Kegan and Lisa Lahey.
The Cal Turner Program for Moral Leadership is a Vanderbilt University program dedicated to the discussion and promotion of moral values relevant to the professional schools and the practice of the professions.
