Special arrangements have been made for those attending the 3 p.m. memorial service July 29 at Benton Chapel for Chancellor Emeritus Alexander Heard, who died July 24.
Free parking will be available in Wesley Place Garage on the corner of Scarritt Place and 21st Avenue. A drop-off point for people with disabilities will be available in the circular drive at the Owen Graduate School of Management (turn off 21st Avenue into the Owen Graduate School parking area and follow the signs).
There will be a visitation with the family beginning at 1:30 p.m. at Benton Chapel.
