Baltimore TV news producer joins Vanderbilt News Service

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Amy Wolf has joined the Vanderbilt News Service as a senior public affairs officer and will work primarily with Vanderbilt Law School and the Owen Graduate School of Management.

Wolf formerly served as senior producer for news and health at NBC affiliate WBAL-TV in Baltimore, where she managed coverage of special events and produced the early evening newscasts, which were top-rated in the region for five consecutive years. In 2003 she was nominated for an Emmy as best newscast producer. Her other previous experience includes more than a decade of creating, writing and promoting newscasts in New Haven, Conn., and Cincinnati. She also spent two years as a producer and reporter for Cincinnati‘s NPR affiliate.

Wolf has a bachelor‘s degree from Miami University in Ohio with concentrations in journalism, communications and political science.
