Learn about executive development opportunities at Vanderbilt University, Business school information session in Evansville set for April 12

NASHVILLE, Tenn. ñ Busy executives often put off professional development because schedules are already too tight, or they can‘t afford to leave their jobs to go back to school full time.

Representatives of Vanderbilt University‘s executive programs office and local alumni will be in Evansville on Tuesday, April 12, to explain how successful business people can grow professionally without disrupting their career paths.

They‘ll provide details on three options for professional development offered by Vanderbilt‘s business school: the Executive MBA, a 21-month weekend program for those interested in an MBA degree while keeping their jobs; short programs on a range of management topics open to all working professionals and offered through the Executive Development Institute; and Custom Corporate Programs, short- or long-term educational programs tailored to an organization‘s specific goals and needs.

The information session will be at the Executive Inn at 600 Walnut St. from 6 to 7:30 p.m. It is free and open to the public. Reservations, which are requested, can be made by calling 615-322-3120.
