Ethics is topic for community breakfast at Vanderbilt

Nashville, Tenn. — The basics of ethics will be the subject of the
first community breakfast of 2004 sponsored by Vanderbilt Divinity
School.

C.Melissa Snarr, assistant professor of ethics and society at
Vanderbilt Divinity School, will speak from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. on
Thursday, Jan. 29, at the University Club of Nashville.

The topic will be "God is in the Details: Ethical Formation 101."

The community breakfast is open to the public. The cost is $10, and registration is required be Jan. 26.

Snarr’s work centers on the intersection of religion, social change and social-political ethics.
