Ulmer is a graduate of the University of Florida, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in political science and public administration.
"Vanderbilt Law School has a rich tradition," Ulmer said. "A great law school needs the involvement of all of its alumni and friends, and I am looking forward to working with Dean Syverud, the faculty and our staff to develop successful partnerships."
