Youth summer programs at Vanderbilt available through online database

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Vanderbilt University is offering a variety of summer programs in 2003, and details regarding each can be found on a single website.

Summer Programs at Vanderbilt (http://www.vanderbilt.edu/cngr/summer_programs/) is an online directory of University-wide camps, programs and activities for children in grades K-12. Each listing gives a brief description of the program, registration information and provides website links and contact information for further details.

Vanderbilt’s summer programs are open to the community. Among this summer’s offerings are sports camps for both boys and girls, a day camp with a sports emphasis, science and academic camps, engineering programs, music camps sponsored by Vanderbilt’s Blair School of Music, and the Vanderbilt Swim School, now in its 36th year.

The Summer Programs at Vanderbilt online directory was compiled by Vanderbilt’s Office of Community, Neighborhood and Government Relations. For additional information, send an e-mail to vandy_outreach@vanderbilt.edu.
