Vanderbilt faculty representing the Law School, the Owen Graduate School of Management and the Divinity School will address the subject of corporate responsibility in a panel discussion on Feb. 3. After Enron: The Uncertain Future of Corporate Responsibility is scheduled to begin at 12:10 p.m. in Flynn Auditorium of the Law School. The event is free and open to the public.
The panelists are:
·James Hudnut-Beumler, dean of the Divinity School and Anne Potter Wilson Distinguished Professor of American Religious History;
·Gary M. Brown, adjunct professor of law, partner in the Dinsmore & Shohl LLP firm and special counsel to the United States Senate’s Governmental Affairs Committee in its investigation of the Enron collapse;
·Robert B. Thompson, professor of law and New York Alumni Chancellors Chair in Law;
·Bart Victor, Cal Turner Chair of Moral Leadership at the Owen Graduate School of Management.
