Dr. Bill Paul, executive director of the Metro Nashville Health Department, said what’s really harming us is our unhealthy behavior, not lack of health care. Paul spoke to Professor Sharon Shields’ “Health Service Delivery to Diverse Populations” class and others in Mayborn Hall on Nov. 2.
