Vanderbilt grants two weeks paid leave to employees whose residences were destroyed, rendered uninhabitable

To be eligible, employees must complete a Verification Request Form and the Employee Needs Assessment survey.

ALL employees should take the needs assessment survey

ALL employees are asked to complete a faculty, staff and trainee needs assessment survey, regardless of whether they were impacted by the flood or not.

Credit Union to offer Flood Relief Program

The Vanderbilt University Employees Credit Union has created three new loan products to help employees deal with financial fallout from the flood.

May 11 baseball game to benefit flood victims

The remaining tickets to the May 11 baseball game with Louisville are being offered free of charge, with all fans encouraged to make monetary contributions to the Nashville Red Cross and/or food and water donations to Second Harvest Food Bank.

Website lets employees donate items to employees affected by flood

Vanderbilt has established a website called “Vanderbilt Helping Vanderbilt: Flood Assistance Network.” Visit it online at https://www4.vanderbilt.edu/flood/assistance-network/.

This network is for Vanderbilt employees (you will need to login) who need to replace items destroyed or damaged in the flood, and for employees to post items they want to donate. Items listed on Vanderbilt Helping Vanderbilt should be free of charge. (Items for sale can be listed at www.vanderbilt.edu/classifieds.)
