Forum to examine revolution in the Middle East

A panel of Vanderbilt faculty members with strong expertise in issues involving the Middle East will come together on Thursday, Feb. 17, to discuss the significance of recent political uprisings in that region.

Vanderbilt and Black History Month

Walter R. Murray Jr. (for whom Murray House at The Commons is named), elected by his peers in 1970 to serve a four-year term as a Young Alumni Trustee, was the first African American to serve on the Vanderbilt Board of Trust.
