Alert VU test broadcast reaches 45,000 users in less than 20 minutes

Vanderbilt University Police Department reached more than 45,000 students, faculty and staff at Vanderbilt in less than 20 minutes during its test of the university’s emergency mass notification system, AlertVU, last Wednesday, March 12.
