Vanderbilt falls to Mississippi State; winner-take-all Game 3 on Wednesday
 
Mississippi State forced a third and decisive game by beating Vanderbilt 13-2 on Tuesday at TD Ameritrade Park in Omaha in the finals of the College World Series. The national champion will now be decided at 6 p.m. CT Wednesday. The game will be televised live on ESPN2.

Staff and postdocs: Submit vaccination records by July 19 to be eligible for $1,000 prize drawing
 
COVID-19 vaccinations will be required for all members of the Vanderbilt community for the 2021–22 academic year. To thank those who submit their vaccination records early, the Division of Administration will conduct a drawing for 25 Vanderbilt University-employed staff and postdocs who submit their records to the university’s vaccine portal by 8 a.m. on July 19.
