Football season opener will affect some parking Sept. 1

The Vanderbilt football team opens its 2016 season on Thursday, Sept. 1, with a nationally televised game against South Carolina. With the game being played on a workday, some adjustments to parking and traffic flow are necessary.


 
 

Feedback on direct deposit of payroll

As part of the SkyVU project to implement new financial and HR systems, Vanderbilt University is reviewing a wide range of current processes, with a goal of streamlining and eliminating inefficient activities. One of the practices under review is whether to continue issuing any paper paychecks. Your feedback is needed.


 
 

Promotional products, food and fun at supplier fair Aug. 30

Vanderbilt University’s Trademark Licensing office and Procurement Services will host a supplier fair from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 30, at the Student Life Center ballroom. Come meet 30 of Vanderbilt’s approved merchandise suppliers as they showcase a variety of products.

Dore Jam fan event set for Sunday

Vanderbilt football’s annual fan day experience, which attracts thousands of Commodore supporters to campus for an afternoon of autographs, photos and family fun, is scheduled from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 14. Admission and parking are free.
