Unum Customer helps you manage claims on the go

Unum’s mobile app, Unum Customer, is available to download for free and gives you instant access to manage claims, review correspondence, check payment information and verify or change personal information directly from your mobile device.

The Unum Customer app has many of the same features you can find on Unum’s claims website. It allows you to get prompt service when you are on the go and keep your personal data secure.

You can use the Unum Customer app to:

  • Submit documents as photos by taking a picture of the form and uploading it;
  • Register for and manage direct deposit of your claim payment, if applicable;
  • Review your claim status and the most recent payment information;*
  • Review your correspondence with Unum;
  • Verify or edit your personal information (email address, password, etc.); and
  • Access Unum’s contact center.

There are several ways to download the Unum Customer mobile app for free.

  • iPhone users—through the Apple app store
  • Android users—through the Google Play store
  • Windows users—through the Windows store or Windows phone store
