Vanderbilt communications honored by Tennessee higher ed alliance

The Tennessee College Public Relations Association honored Vanderbilt University with five awards during the organization’s spring 2016 conference.

“That’s Vanderbilt”

More than 220 entries were submitted by universities and colleges across the state for the annual competition, which was judged by advertising, marketing and public relations professionals not affiliated with any particular school.

This year’s conference took place in Chattanooga, Tennessee, May 25-27. Speakers included former Nashville Mayor Karl Dean, a Vanderbilt Law School graduate, who discussed “Leadership and Communication through Difficult Choices.”
