Pharmacists group honors Sullivan

Mark Sullivan, Pharm.D., MBA, executive director of Pharmacy Operations for Vanderbilt University Hospital and Clinics, has been named a fellow of the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP).

Mark Sullivan, Pharm.D., MBA, executive director of Pharmacy Operations for Vanderbilt University Hospital and Clinics, has been named a fellow of the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP). The recognition is given to those who have achieved excellence in pharmacy practice.

Sullivan is one of 37 pharmacists being honored on Tuesday, June 14, during the ASHP Summer Meetings and Exhibition in Baltimore. The group has 43,000 members and has recognized 875 fellows since 1988.

“I was honored to be selected for this recognition and have found my involvement with ASHP to be beneficial both personally and professionally in my efforts on behalf of our patients,” Sullivan said.
