Vanderbilt speaker says climate change can be battled with pro-business solutions

Bob Inglis

Business-friendly solutions to climate change will be discussed by former congressman Bob Inglis when he speaks at Vanderbilt Law School on Tuesday, April 12.

Inglis will speak at noon in Flynn Auditorium in the law school, 131 21st Ave. S. The general public is welcome, and pizza will be available.

Inglis, a Republican from South Carolina, served in Congress from 1993 to 1998, and then again from 2004 to 2010. He is now executive director of Energy and Enterprise Initiative, which works to build support for energy policies that are true to conservative principles of limited government, accountability, reasonable risk-avoidance and free enterprise. It is based at George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia.
